In this section, McIntosh reiterates the benefits of white privilege, discusses various elements of privilege and their effect, and relates this privilege to other forms of oppression.
MAIN POINTS
1. McIntosh reiterates her position of privilege due to her whiteness, and establishes that due to this privilege, she experiences life with a sense of comfort, ease, and ignorance compared to people of color. 
2. McIntosh proceeds to define privilege as the harmful manifestation of dominant power that adversely impacts both the oppressed and the oppressor, and proposes that the positive elements of privilege should be universalized and the negative elements eradicated.

CONCLUSION
