         <description><![CDATA[<div>Of course not all my meals are terribly bad so on special occasions I️ like to have a simple house salad with ranch dressing. It would be a much better option to have if there weren’t so much dressing on it but a salad? Cmon it is a much better overall choice rather than sugary desserts.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are nights where I️ am able to eat leftover meals that are a full and complete meal. Here is one of my dinners. BBQ Chicken and brisket, with a side of green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. This meal has everything a well balanced meal consists of; a protein, vegetables, carbs, and a fruit source coming from the tomatoes in the green beans.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Now I’ve showed you two meals that are good or better for you than most things so now its time I️ show you the things not to eat. This is a huge ice cream sundae called the Kitchen. Sink. It has 6 scoops of ice cream, two bananas, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, chopped nuts, all topped off with a cherry. This. May not be the best choice for any ONE person to consume but I️ can say I️ finished it all by myself and felt very sluggish after it. It was a huge craving I️ was having that was satisfied for a very long time.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This was my meal for dinner. I️ had leftovers from Sakura Chaya. This is Chicken bacon fried rice mixed with zucchini and onions. Chicken was the main component in this meal which also consisted of carbs from rice, and vegetables. Well balanced animal protein dish and delicious too!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Here is another night of me on my quest for good taco trucks in Fresno. Here I️ ordered a burrito filled with carne Asada and 3 carne Asada tacos. The meats and cooking process is very high in fats because here at this taco stand they also dipped the taco tortillas in canola oil to cook them on the grill before being served.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of my go to snacks before a workout is 6 oz of Almonds. A very good fatty nut that helps me feel energized and ready to lift. These nuts are high in unsaturated fats and can be helpful in digestion in humans since they are also a good source in fiber.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On certain nights I️ enjoy going to local taco trucks and eating their specials. Here is a torta with Adobada (fatty pork) and two tacos of carne Asada. The meat is cooked on a flat top with lots of canola oil (polyunsaturated fat) and usually very greasy. High in fat from the meats and oils but still oh so good!</div>]]></description>
