To make the world a better place, you would need to truly believe in it. Most people feel that they don't need to do anything because everyone else will do that. Sort of how when teachers ask for supplies for their classroom. The responsible parents, who either truly believe in kindness, or just want to make a good impression will buy those materials. But most think, "I don't need to waste money on something that 150 other people will use instead of just my kid. Besides, the other parents will give enough, so I don't need to." But if everyone had that mindset, then we wouldn't get anywhere in life. Adults are always talking about being responsible, and being kind, and doing your own work, and helping others, and stuff, but they never did anything to help these sorts of issues. And if my generation is going to be burdened with these things, then I'll have to take a leadership role.
