Ineffective - it can’t actually overturn any laws like the US Supreme Court example - Obergefell v hodges overturn 2015 (same sex marriage is protected under 14th Amendment)

However !!!  - roe vs wade overturn 2022 - extremely controversial, potentially demonstrating Supreme Court has too much power here? Can be interpreted as taking away rights?(women).
