How do you make your son interested the military?

Joining the Military is a big decision that affects both the lives of the young men and women who choose to serve, and their families as well. We all want the best opportunities for our children, you could explain to him all the opportunities the military has to offer him. You could introduce him to men and women that

have served and let him get some first hand information.

I do not think that you could "make" anyone interested in something that is as big of a decision as joining the military. It would ultimately be them who would have to move from base to base, possibly put their life on the line, and undergo lots of training. There has to be a "want" there. Joining the military is a big decision- one that has to be made as a personal choice. I personally would never want to join the military, but I commend all of those who do and respect them tremendously. It takes a strong person both mentally & physically to become a part of our military.
