In my listening classes I would prefer a combination of three. Firstly, for some topics I would like to use a song to warm up the students. Besides, I think I could use other sources such as TED talks videos related to the topic as a post listening activity to link the classes with real life situations.
2. I think there were brilliant ideas and I took notes of all them. Especially the ones about lowering the levels of the tasks while using the same texts will be very helpful for me. Especially teenagers care about their peers' opinions more than other groups of students , so everything is about their image and not to destroy it.
2. In today's session we have learned about some digital tools and utilisation   of them  for speaking classes. Today, we adapted and adjusted one of the reading activities on our books. We added pre, while and post reading tasks. As a  group we added digital tools to our tasks, so that we could revise the previous sessions and the techniques we learned. We also learned new techniques from our group members. Then we added some extra activities to lower or upper the level of the tasks so that we could differentiate the activity, but I think the best part of today was the stations. As a group we had thought that we did a great job until we saw what the other groups had done. I should congratulate my friends and thank them.
2. I think I can use station method in  my PDC meetings and want my colleagues to adapt the method to their classes.Together we can plan the best station tasks for our students to include all four skills. Today, I have learned to look at writing from a different perspective. I wasn't sure that writing text messages or comments on social media could be regarded as a writing activity. Because, I  have always thought about writing to be in paragraphs, long and carefully punctuated tasks. So with just two hours of English classes in a week, I didn't have much of a time to spend time for writing activities. But now, I know that I can do better to improve my students writing skills and help my colleagues who have the same problem as me.

I have always had problems teaching Present Perfect Tense to my students as there is no such tense in Turkish. However, with the help of this activity, I will be able to attract their attention better so that they will be concentrated more and understand correctly. I think it is the best way to teach them how to talk about their experiences; "here is a new structure to use when you talk about your experiences... voila!" , I would say.
Secondly, I have realised that asking if they have understood that or this isn't helpful, actually. Instead, I should ask some CCQs. As for preparing CCQs, I feel more confident after today's session, but I must admit that I need more practice.
2) I would like to talk about both methods; inductive and deductive together with my colleagues in my meetings. I would like to see their responses. I would like to learn which method they use most and why.  I would also like to learn if they will change their point of view at the end of the session. Because sharing ideas enhances our perspective. For professional development, we can take any course, online or in person, or we can read books or search the internet. To share our ideas on teaching, we can use social media, which is widely used nowadays. But PDC has this special thing which is about using the target language in a real-life situation, and also there is the feedback part, where we can get immediate feedback from our colleagues. 
2. I didn’t expect the environment in our class to be that friendly, actually. As a class, we formed a great team. We have our own Whatsapp group and we can share our opinions easily there. Everybody is helpful and participative. We have already talked about sharing our materials there, which is very comforting. But the most important thing is that I believe that our teachers are very supportive. This is also relieving. 
3. First of all, I myself now have a better understanding of PDC, so that I will be able to convey the idea better. And also, we have experienced teachers, and they know about the possible problems that we might encounter, so they prepare us in the best possible way. We will also have a chance to get immediate feedback to correct our mistakes, not just from our teachers but also from our peers.
