Nowadays, a term lactose intolerant is being widespread. Many people who tend to include dairy products in their diet, although suffer from lactose intolerance. Therefore, they have to substitute or eliminate all dairy products from their ration.
Fortunately, manufactures made a huge step ahead by introducing lactose free products including milk, yoghurts, heavy cream and cheeses.
To my mind, the future challenges concerning this food item would faced using dairy free products while manufacturing half made meals, extension of the shelf life and introducing a greater variety of dairy pure products. I think we can refer this innovation to the incremental one, as it does not creates any new market, just add certain changes to the already existing product in this situation MILK.
