Little things make a BIG difference when having a post conference:&nbsp;<br>- hold post conference in the teachers classroom<br>- sit next to the teacher<br>- do not use your laptop, have the write up in front of you, printed<br><br>2. The meeting should be 30+ minutes long. The teacher spends most of the time listening.&nbsp;<br>3. Skills:&nbsp;<br>-active listening<br>- paraphrase<br>-probing<br>-clarifying<br>-establish rapport ( mirroring)<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Build a reputation over time- have a background at school level and district level.<br>2. I thought asking for a yearbook to get to learn the faces and names of teachers was a great idea!&nbsp;<br>3. Start to build relationships with the people in the role- create a welcome video/email.<br>4. community involvement<br>5. A lot like buying a house!<br>6. "quiet people are not always happy people"<br>7 psychological safety- confidence in a team- they wont embarrass, reject or punish for sharing thoughts. <br>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
