The patient safety incident response plan sets out how Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust intends to respond to patient safety incidents over the next 12 to 18 months. The plan is flexible and can be changed in response to new and emerging patient safety issues. Therefore, we will remain vigilant and consider the specific circumstances in which patient safety issues and incidents occur and the needs of those affected.

‘Think Yellow’ aims to reduce the occurrence and severity of falls, improve patient outcomes, and ensure all staff are equipped with the knowledge and tools to prevent falls.
