Schlussfolgerung: Männer sind für ALLE Aufgaben geeignet.
2) Women direct fewer projects of shorter duration. Why? They dont have the necessary experience because they are assigned to jobs which are not considered suitable experience for directing a field project-> apotheke (archaeological housework) & less encouragement to female students, they are seen only as poential cataloguers
3) Men have both: jobs in archaeology (with tenure) and fieldjobs-> both. Frauen: either/or. &Family: men directors are married, female not.
4) Marriage for men: when they marry they acquire a built in source of support. Married women: have to take care of everything (household chores, children AND carrier with little to no help). & even if they remain single: they do not get sidetracked but they still have no support.
