Add updated information in one location. Emails work great, but then I might need to go to the website and it isn't updated.

Even if there isn’t an updated list, send emails out to the old contacts and ask if they could forward the information or provide you with the updated information if the contact has changed. You won’t get everyone, but you can get the majority of people soon.

Having Administrators out of their buildings to read information to us would be better served to send us the information and include an accountability piece. We then can collaborate with our district lead on the information and what we need for our district/school.
