         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Instructions</strong></p><p><br/></p><ol><li><p><strong>Rank</strong> the six research questions. Discuss and select the <strong>first choice</strong> which the group feels is the most doable for the project work. <strong>Recall all the considerations during your group discussion</strong>:</p><p>•	Are there any safety concerns about the experiment?</p><p>•	What materials does the project require?</p><p>•	Are all the materials and apparatus readily available in the Physical and Life Science Rooms?</p><p>•	Is the project idea original? Is the project similar to any Science activity that was conducted previously?</p><p>•	What will be the duration taken for the collection of the data?</p><p><br/></p></li><li><p>Submit the <strong>first choice</strong> research question in the post, ‘<strong>Draft Research Question</strong>’ below. (<strong>Edit post</strong>) </p><p><br/></p></li><li><p>Key into <strong>Fairbot</strong>, this first choice.  <strong>Evaluate the feedback</strong> given by Fairbot on the <strong>clarity of the research question</strong>. Use Fairbot to refine the research question, if necessary.</p><p><br/></p></li><li><p>If your first choice is not feasible, <strong>repeat step 2 - 5 for your second choice</strong>. Use prompts in Fairbot to get feedback on each research question until the group has reached a decision on the research question to undertake.</p><p><br/></p></li><li><p>Submit the group's '<strong>Final Research Question'</strong> in the post below.          <description><![CDATA[<p>(1) Is there a pattern from data you can identify?</p><ul><li><p>The beaker which contained the biggest item (the stones) had the fastest rate of evaporation of water followed by the beaker with the erasers and then the control set up beaker with only water in it</p></li></ul><p>(2) What concept you can use to explain the results?</p><ul><li><p>The stones have a greater exposed surface area while the erasers have a smaller exposed surface area</p></li></ul><p>(3) Can you explain the difference in results you had gotten? </p><ul><li><p>It indicates how the size and type of foreign objects can affect the evaporation of water</p></li></ul><p>(4) Can you compare the differences between results and explain...</p><ul><li><p>As the stones have a greater size so there is a greater exposed surface area of water created. Hence, the evaporation of water in the beaker of stones was the greatest</p></li></ul><p>(5) Is the results what you had predicted?</p><ul><li><p>It is the same as what we predicted</p></li></ul><p>(6) What is the relationship between .....</p><ul><li><p>The larger the surface area of the foreign object, the faster the rate of evaporation of water.</p></li></ul><p><br/></p>]]></description>
