         <description><![CDATA[<div>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-PgK0J3eNY<br><br>Each year, Americans commemorate the National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15th to October 15th, by <strong>celebrating the histories, cultures and contributions </strong>that both Hispanic and Latino Americans make to the nation over the years.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong><em>Hispanic</em></strong> refers to people who speak Spanish or who are descendants from Spanish-speaking countries. In other words, Hispanic refers to the language that a person speaks or that their ancestors spoke.&nbsp;</div><div><strong><em>Latino </em></strong>refers to Geography: specifically people from Latin America including Central America, South America and the Caribbean.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Isabel Allende is a famous Chilean writer. She was born on August 2nd, in 1942, in Lima, Peru. She is 79 years old. In 1973, she traveled to Chile with her first husband and two children. In 1992, her daughter died so she established a charitable foundation in her honor dedicated to the protection and empowerment of women and girls worldwide. She was granted United States citizenship in 1993, having lived in California since 1989 with her second husband who was American. She is called “the world’s most recognizable Spanish-language author”.</div>]]></description>

He comes from a family of professional basketball players. He spent the early part of his career in Argentina and Italy, winning individual and team honors. He joined the San Antonio Spurs in 2002 and soon became a key player for the team. He was a shooting guard so he scored points for the team and stole the ball on defense. He announced his retirement from the NBA on August 27th in 2018.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

His mother tongue is Spanish, but he speaks English very well. In the movie, he’s Miguel who is accidentally transported to the land of the dead, where he looks for the help of his deceased musician great-great-grandfather to return him to his family among the living and to promote music, his passion as a child. He’s so cute and lovable!</div>]]></description>

Before becoming an actor, he was an amateur boxer. He also studied engineering but he didn’t graduate. His stage name was Chespirito. He is one of the icons of Spanish-speaking humor and entertainment, and one of the greatest comedians of all time. The character of “El Chavo” is one of the most iconic in the history of Latin American television, and it is very popular nowadays. He died on November 28th in 2014, in Cancun.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>She was known as Celia Cruz. She was a Cuban-American singer and one of the most popular Latin artists of the 20th century. She was born on October 21st in 1925. Her nickname was “La Guarachera de Cuba”. She became “The Queen of Salsa” due to her contributions to Latin music in the United States. In 1960, she left her native country, becoming one of the symbols of the Cuban community in exile. She continued her career, first in Mexico and then in the United States, the country that she took as her definite residence. One of her most successful songs is “La vida es un carnaval”. She died on July 16th in 2003.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

She was the first Hispanic woman to go to space and has completed four space missions. In 1993, she became the first Hispanic woman to go to space when she served on a nine-day mission aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery. She became director of the center upon the retirement of the previous director in 2012. She was the first Hispanic director and the second female director of Johnson Space Center.</div>]]></description>
