- Daily Outlines that will show them what they will be doing at each time of the day.
- Alternate media that will support them with their specific auditory and visual learning styles.
- Sensory Tools
- A quiet space for them to go when they are having a "moment". This gives them somewhere to take a break and collect their thoughts to continue on with their day. 
- Breaks. All students especially students with autism need breaks between doing their work to keep them motivated. To ensure that they are developing socially, teachers can implement these social strategies:
- Reinforcing what the student does well when being around other students
- Model good social interaction within the classroom
- Do social learning activities where students are able to be social with others
- Teach empathy within your lessons.
