Dear Sir Franco from SEP,

I am writing to complain about a problem in the school of my niece. She start their elementary school but can take face to face classes because the school don't have electricity and in this city you can stay in a classroom with other 30 students without air-conditioned, is impossible. The solution to that problem was take virtual classes.

This problem afected my niece because she can understand the topics in the way she do in a face to face class, and isn't just her, all the students in all the groups decreased their academic level.

I hope as quickly as possible can solve this problem, because is a proplem that could be solved before entering classes. If we dont see an action to solve that my niece will have to change of school.

Dear city hall of Culiacan, I'm writing this letter denouncing a situation which affects me, my family and my neighborhood.

Where I live, the condition of the street is bad, it has a lot of holes and cracks.

This situation started a long time ago. I don't remember the street being in good condition.

Our neighbors tried to fix it by pouring concrete on the holes and cracks but it didn't last, so we are worried because maybe there'll be a day we won't be able to pass with our cars.

I am writing this letter expecting action or our neighborhood will denounce you for negligence. You have a month to answer.

Dear neighbors,

I am writing to complain about the recent long parties at inappropriate hours. At his recent parties the sound of music is so loud that it seems to be inside my house. Besides, my pets are very restless about such noise.

Remember that we agreed to have a schedule to hold these parties. However, the rules proposed by all of us continue to be broken.

I'm not saying you should stop throwing parties, but we should have consideration for people who have a schedule to meet, for work or study. I would like us to reach an agreement on people who don't respect the regulation having to pay a certain amount.

I am writing this letter to tell you about a social problem, I inform you that with the recent rains in the city it has generated many potholes in the streets of Culiacán, due to the poor quality of the material that they provide during the paving process, the streets do not last They are impeccable and do not resist so many degrees of humidity as well as the high temperatures of the city causing large potholes that end up with many accidents and a lot of traffic. I am writing to complain about the state of the istalations more expecific in the área of metal-mecanica because in some áreas there is humidity and most of the equipment available does not work and is necessary for certain activities related to the career and does not allow for more complex practices.

This afect us in our performance and does not allow us to finish the subject matter because without the machines our education is limited.

I ask for some help to solve the problems to those in charge in management in order to be able to buy new equipment such as motors for the workshops of metal mechanic also how to fix the floor as it is so damaged that someone can get hurt as well as changing the projectors since some of them are no longer useful or because they are too old.

If these problems are not solved, I will have to change schools.

Dear Mr. Director

I am writing to complain about the fact that some teachers dont teach us many things, don’t give us homework and we don’t participate because we don’t have class activities, the only thing they do is make us read.

I think these subjects are important for us and teachers should teach us in the right way, this affects us because we aren’t acquiring the knowledge to develop our abilities and we aren’t learning much about the subject.

Please I ask you to take action on this problem because these teachers should be replaced by others who are interested in teaching us. In case no action is taken to solve this problem all the students with this same problem will go on strike to have these teachers replaced.

I am writting to complain about my Internet service, you frequently suggest that you are  the Internet company with excess of speed, but i think You are not really. Every month I pay for 40 mb of download and telephone line, but I only receive 12 mb of download and 0.7 mega of upload. I reported many times and I have taken very long calls but the problem continues. 

The Internet is slow and the signal unestable, I can not take my clases, download programs or just watch a movie without interruptions.
I have even tried to terminate my contract but the operators never let me finish the process.

I hope you can help me solve this, otherwise I will stop paying for the service. Without further ado, I hope you can respond to this letter, thank you very much in advance.
