Caligula didn't rule for long. He ruled for 3 years and 10 months. One interesting fact about Caligula was he talked to the gods. He said the goddess Victoria put a crown on him. When the first was in reign after Tiberius died he started well. First, he abolished many taxes that Tiberius already put in play. He also granted people some wonderful gifts to show his gratitude.

Domitian was in reign for 15 years. When Titus died the next day Domitian was declared emperor by one of the guards. Domitian died in 1896 when he was assassinated by court officials. He invented a new method of torture involving burning the sexual organs of his victims. That was a bad accomplishment. He also surrounded himself with spies and informers to kill the noblest man.
