My name is Alyssa and I'm from Rhode Island. I am a senior here at JWU majoring in Health Science with a minor in Psychology. My interests include going to the gym, reading, and playing with my dog! I chose this course because I needed another ILS course and since my major is Health Science, I figured it would be a good fit for me.
b. The two topics that I am interested to learn about as we move forward in the semester is in week 3 where we learn about the historical perspective and in week 9 where we dive into the AIDS epidemic. I chose week 3 because I think it is important to learn the history of any topic and week 9 because I have always heard about the AIDS epidemic but I do not know much about it.
