2.       Hire a new staff, one team for the café: a master baker, tea expert, bartender and waiters and for the second team: the social media managers and the marketing group, third team the people who clean and make the maintenance for the building and finally but not less important the staff who create the billboard with the local artist agenda.

3.       With the designers, they will could recreate the old glory with the 60´s theme and share the same communication in every social media account.

4.       Milo might invite the full neighborhood to write letters (for investors) and going to share the thoughts and feeling about why is important the center for the community.

3.- Our logo will be changed; we need to project an image more modern. When all the people see our new logo, they certain to know that is part of our company.

4.- The cafe is going to be extended with more kind of cafe of different part of the country, desserts from different regions.

5.- We´re inviting some well-known artists, like singer, youtubers, writers, actors, etc., and they might take some pictures in our cafe and publish to the networks.

6.- We will train waiters for the best attention, and they might offer at the costumer different kind of cafe, desserts, and maybe a magazine.

2. We are going to work in our presence in the best socials media like Facebook and Twitter. For this action we will probably hire a social media manager who helps us to get a higher rankings on Google and other search engines.

3. The Centre will carry out emergency maintenance work on the ground floor. Also will definitely renew our facilities, mainly the cafeteria and its restrooms. We will put more attention in this area in order to get happy our customers and rise our sales.

4. The play area will certainly renew and redecorate. This our major entrance of money.

We need to start the maintenance in the building, in order to repair all the structural problems.

2.- While the building gets repair, I´ll hire a social media manager to help me with all the publicity and promote the new opening of the theatre that is happening in Friday , December 22nd, 2022. He will be in charge of cross posting all the current news and the progress of the remodeling.
 
3.- Also with the remaining budget I´m going to set up and Art School, that is bound to attract more people, and thinking in the future, maybe those art students might be our main actors for the next events.

4.- In the Cafe, I´m going to add more options in the menu, it can help us to get more profit.
