1) Intercultural/ Diversity learning via the creation of a strong and positiv group dynamic and a confidential place to express and share:
Develop curiosity, respect and understanding of others
- Intercultural exchanges, knowing how to live together with participants of different languages and cultures
- Sweep away stereotypes and work for respect and mutual understanding between young people from different countries
- To become aware of the diversity and the different forms of diversity within the group
- To experiment with mobility

2) To reinforce the active citizenship of the participants and to make the young volunteers aware of their role as committed multipliers via their interactive participation, via our project thematic and by non formal education methods and peers to peers learning.

- To understand the different forms of volunteering and commitments in place in the three countries, to understand the functioning of local associations in order to motivate them to get involved in their places of life.
- To allow young people to reflect together on current issues that concern them directly (for exemple: fight against discrimination), that present a personal conflict and therefore a challenge for them. To analyze and present them  to use tools in order to seek an exchange with other young people and to try to bring solutions through a civic and social engagement.
- To share and imagine projects related to the theme and that can be implemented within the structures of origin of the young people and also at the national and European/international level.

3) Deepening and acquiring skills and knowledge in the framework of a non-formal training, using them in their professional and personal career

-To sensitize young people to non-formal learning in the framework of the Franco-German-Palestinian/ Malta meeting, horizontal learning thanks to the experiences, knowledge and know-how of each other in order to be able to use the competences developed for their professional careers.
- To significantly improve the participants' skills in teamwork and communication, among others.
-To significantly improve the participants' foreign language skills and motivation to learn through linguistic animations.
