Costela assada: Um dos grandes orgulhos entre as comidas típicas da Região Sul, é a sua gastronomia pautada nas carnes e seus respectivos cortes, o que torna a experiência de qualquer viajante algo único.
Não é à-toa que a costela, bovina, suína ou de carneiro, se tornou um prato típico tão amado, pois tanto os animais quanto os cortes e o modo de preparo são regionais.
Temperada basicamente com sal grosso, ela pode ser preparada do jeito tradicional, ou na brasa, a fogo lento, tornando a carne suculenta e simplesmente deliciosa.
