agree, because if they stay at this condition the poor countries will depend on financial aid 
1When the country will need to build anything they cant start to build it without the financial aid for example to build a new school is hard for them because they dont have the enough money to build it

2 its hard for the country to provide shelter for there people so they need the help from other countries .

3.disagree, because of the financial aid they can get jobs and then they will depend on them selves by getting salary.
