How important and which was the role of the headteacher in your schools?
Did you organize the participation as additional activity or was it possible to integrate it in the working hours?
Did you communicate the activity to parents?
Was there any recompense for teachers who attended?

What could be done to persuade `sloth-like´ colleagues in the council?
How was it possible to bridge the differences between different locations when different schools work together (social background of pupils, ressources in each school human/hardware ....)?

I am the only teacher at my school who attends courses in this field and tries to learn new things. Not everyone sees my work necessary.
According to them, they think that there is nothing left to learn, they have mastered their subjects, I deal with them because I see myself as incomplete.
How do you think these people are psychologically?
I believe that learning is unlimited and it is impossible not to believe it in this rapidly developing and changing technological age.
