OBJECTIVES:
To ensure that each of us takes responsibility for the learning and be motivated to do the task as per named to be a national trainer soon.

FACILITATOR:

  • Will have a good communication skills in terms of queries from the trainees.
  • Manages, engages, and guides us within the entire period of training and with learnings.
  • Convey the meeting process with understanding and aiming the objectives of the lessons.
  • Help us to give time in making the portfolio.
  • He is neutral to everyone's aspect.

TRAINING SESSION:

  • Gaining insight of my capabilities.
  • Enhancing skills of teaching with proper methods and techniques.
