They don't let their own problems get in the way of doing whats right, and they dont turn back when things are hard or scary. The qualities of a hero could be being brave and selfless, or something small like being helpful or putting major effort to help in something that they shouldn't be expected to.                                                                                         Personally I don't really have a hero, but what comes to mind is the  end of endgame when iron man dies, because the whole universe is at stake, and half the people will dissapear if thanos is stopped, but Iron man snaps his fingers with the gauntlet knowing it is too powerful for him, but hes being brave and selfless knowing many peoples lives will be saved so he snaps, and dies. An example of a hero is that right now during this virus it is scary to go to work if you are an doctor or nurse because they are risking their own lives to save the lives of others. Some qualites that heroes have are bravery, leadership, and strength. A hero that showed leadership and bravery is Joan of Arc because she led the French army into the Orléan war in 1429. A hero that you see everyday and shows strength and bravery is a fireman. Firemen have to have strength to carry all those heavy tools like an ax, the jacket, breathing mask, ect. they show bravery by going into fires risking their life to save a life of a person or pet. 
   For my hero I chose Joan of Arc. She was just a peasant girl growing up and then to lead a army into battle that must be scary but she didn't let her emotions take over her because she still did it. After helping the French army to win the war she was called The Maid of Orléans. One year after the war she was captured and burned at the stake. I believe that my best friend Nicole is a Hero, because she has helped so many people including me through tough times, stopping others and I from making terrible decisions. To me, I believe she's a Hero, although she might seem like any other person, she's different in her own ways, which makes her a unique person. However being a hero doesn't necessarily mean that to be a hero one must have every trait. At times, being a hero means sacrifice and the will to push through the horrors of life in order to do whats best for oneself and others. Even if it means they miss out on life's enjoyments.
My parents came to this country when they where young. My father arriving without his father after my grandmother died when he was 12 and did not know English and my other being sent off to work in factories to make money for her family in Mexico a few days after she turned 18. Ever since then they work day after day to continue to support their families. Even on days off they have a hard time relaxing and continue to find things to work on. Despite all the responsibilities and stress on them they still make time for my brother and I. The diversity in traits that one who is considered to be a hero differs with who it is. Hero's are often looked as doctors, nurses, etc. but they can not only be these people but also an average person. Anybody can do or say something that can save or change a life. A hero is someone who helps, even when they feel they don't have to. They go out of their way to do something that may just seem like an act of kindness to  a spectator, but if you're on the receiving end of something like that the impact and change that that person has just brought into your life is an act of heroism. 
My hero is my cousin, she has recently gotten her Bachelor's degree in adolescent psychology. Shes my hero because she is going to help so many people with her career. She supports me and so many other people, and she is one of few people in my family to go to collage, let alone finish high school. I have multiple hero's that I have met in my lifetime. My parents fled their countries alone in search of a better life of themselfs and their family's. This is something I realized while typing.
