         <description><![CDATA[<p>On April 15, 1920 2 men robbed and killed to emplyees of a shoe factory. Police arrested Nicola Sacco and Bartalomeo Vanzetti for the crime. Sacco owned a gun similar to murder weapon. Bullets matched the gun. The fact that they were anarchists and foreigners made people believe that they were guilty. On July 14, 1921 they were found guilty and sentenced to death. After 6 years of appeals, ther were excused August 23, 1927.</p>]]></description>

Founded by Wiliiam J. Simmons in 1915. The Klan began to decline in the late 1920s due to power struggles between leaders and politicians that backed the clan were voted out of office</P>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In the 1920s the ownership and consumption of alcohol was illegal. Due to the high demand of alcohol it gave rise to oraganized crime. They fought for territory in cities to deliver alcohol to. They would deliver the alcohol to hidden bars called speak easies. Most police officers were able to be bribed which allowed most of the activity.</p>]]></description>
