         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'm a elementary teacher. I was selected for coming to United States to teach Spanish Language Art (SLA) for this and two more school-years.<br>I started to work in the Public School in Spain last year with my 6th grade students. I tried to use E-twinning but it wasn't possible due to the lack of information that I had of that and the lack of cooperation among teachers. <br><br><br><strong><em>What I want to improve:<br></em></strong>1. My few knowledge of E-Twinning.<br>2.&nbsp; I'd like to create engage lessons that involve students in the practice.<br>3. To manage the volume in class <br><br><strong><em>What I would like to try:<br></em></strong>I'd like to work cooperatively with others teachers in order to help our students to master the contents.<br><br><strong><em>What I am not very happy with</em></strong>:<br>I would like to improve my class management, to create a peaceful atmosphere in where students can work in groups helping to each other<br><br><strong><em>Is there anything which is not working:<br></em></strong><br>Although we have 15 Chromebook in class, I need techniques and ways that help me to manage it in a effectively way.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
