Cook over high heat for 20 minutes or until the potato and the chicken breast are cooked.<br><br></div><div><strong>2.</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>Step 2: Shred the chicken<br></strong><br></div><div>Remove the chicken breast from the pot and let it cool a bit, before to shred it. Once you have shredded the chicken, add the guascas to the pot and let them cook for 5 more minutes or until the potato melts a little and then the Ajiaco thickens more<br><br></div><div>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>Step 3: ¡Enjoy!&nbsp;<br></strong><br></div><div>Serve Santafereño Ajiaco in 4 equal bowls, add the shredded chicken on top, and decorate with a milk cream tablespoon and capers.
