         <description><![CDATA[<div>The idea would involve developing an internal HiQ Staff Profile website, where staff images, roles, interests and achievements would appear. This would aide in reward and recognition and in getting to know your fellow staff members, as we don't always have the time to attend meetings or functions as a larger group. Additionally, management or other staff members could leave endorsements, which could be used for reward and recognition as stated above and for buffing up resumes/linkedin.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Staff from all levels can share a project or initiative they would like to see implemented (perhaps approval from supervisor/team leader before lodging the project) that staff from different teams can sign up to be apart of - tapping into multiple skills and interests.&nbsp;<br><br>For example: staff member posts the project of updating the key dates to the online HiQ site, with a limit of 5 project members, and several staff members from different teams sign up and work on the project together, meeting together once a week and communicating online. This could be funded by straight donations or activities that require a donation to participate in (like a free dress day or morning tea). This may help staff to feel good about themselves by supporting a worthy cause.<br><br>Or this could be implemented as a team building exercise by having 'volunteer days' where one Saturday a month small groups of people get together to volunteer somewhere.<br><br></div>]]></description>
