The review of Every Song Ever by Ben Ratliff
Ratliff’s book is a very interesting music concept book that I have ever read. There are 20 Chapters amount the book introduce all the great music elements to the readers. He talks about speed, loudness, slowness… those common music elements, readers often have a common sense about it, but In Every Song Ever, Ratliff refresh the concept of those common music elements, and uses his own crazy way to describe it, and give the reader some new view of the common music elements. He also introduce some unique music elements that are important but nobody have an idea what it is before read his text, such like closeness, Memory and Historical Truth, Linking… Those concept really showed me how wide and rich is the music world. After read his book, I extent my music playlist, and listen to more variety of music and knowing why they are good, or bad.

A perfect moment is often wordless, or indirect if it has words. It is the song Blushing: an unplanned or perhaps only semi planed occurrence in which the music suddenly embodies its own meaning . (p228)
Q2
The playing --- electric Piano, bass, a little guitar, drum machine --- is sensitive and beautiful, so much that we want it to keep rolling.
