         <description><![CDATA[<div>1-Its fact that turkish educational system has been changed almost every year fourteen year.<br>2-According to TUIK data number of students per division is 21in primary school and number of students per teacher is 18 in primary school.<br>3-According to TUIK data 2016 education expenditure per students is 5.805.672 in preprimary school.<br>4-The ratio literacy of male is 1.6 female's is 8.5.<br>5-Imam hatip schools increased from 450 to 1149 within 13 years.&nbsp;<br>6-The number of private school increased from 885 to 2504 within 4 years.<br>7-According to English Proficinty Index Turkey ranks as the 47th  among 63 country.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>System affects individuals’ self-esteem, freedom, psychology, happiness etc. We can handle individuals in three part as students, teachers and parents.<br>&nbsp;For students:<br>Positive effects; new systems provide students to gain experience for life. If old system was not okay with some student, new system may be good for them. In this way, students affects positively.<br>Negative effects; the student has difficulty adapting to system and becomes unhappy. Future anxiety makes students stressful and their success situation affects in bad way.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;For teachers:<br>Positive effects; teachers getting aware of current changes about education. Teachers improve theirselves when adapting new system.<br>Negative effects; teachers may have difficulty with adaptation. They can fall behind of technology.<br>&nbsp;For parents:<br>Positive effects; if they like the new system, they would be happy for their child.<br>Negative effects; if their children affected in bad way, parents affects like them.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first 12 years compulsory in turkey.The system based on 4+4+4.There is an entrace exam to enter university.<br>the student who want to choose&nbsp; religious vocational high school can select his/her&nbsp; own field at secondary schools.pre-primary education is an optional education between 3-5 years<br><br></div><div><strong><em>Advantages<br><br></em></strong>Since 12 years is compulsory in schools it helps to raise the cultural averageness and it makes as developed country.the schools which have smart board have many advatages.it provides students to expose interactive learning.<br>Elective courses in secondary schools give opportunity learners to improve themselves in their own needs and interests<br>coding in private schools improve students problem skills.&nbsp; <br><br><strong>Weakness<br></strong>while English course hours are more than 16 in private schools it is not enough in public ones.<br>when we compare public and private schools the difftence is huge because the materials and opportunities are too weak in public schools.<br>the testing system is changing frequently and it affects the learners a psychology in a negative way such as anxiety and stress<br>&nbsp; <br><strong>How can we improve the system?<br></strong>we as candidate teachers think that there should not be a testing system based on a examination system<br>the technological materials should&nbsp; be provided to public school.<br><br></div>]]></description>
