Try events other than sprints, like hurdles, or have a steady drop in time in my events.<br><strong>Process goals:<br></strong>1. Drink more water which might keep my joints from injury<br>2. Stretch more often to keep muscles loose so they don't get strained.<br>3. Go on more runs around the block so I'm prepared.</div>]]></description>
