These clinical rotations begin in the summer of the students second year. Clinical's allow us to observe and engage a variety of healthcare systems, patient populations, public &amp; individual health challenges, and several interprofessional &amp; interdisciplinary team methods.</div>]]></description>

This allows students to get a real life feel for what the job is like. This could make or break a student wanting to do this job forsure. A minimum of 40 hours of verifiable direct shadowing of a PA is recommended with at least 20 of those hours spent directly shadowing a PA in a primary care setting. <br><br></div>]]></description>
