         <description><![CDATA[<div>gymnast are going to be lean with a-lot of muscles. so if someone that weighed as much as lean person with muscles but had absolutely no muscles isn't going to be able to do the same things the first gymnast is. so it depends how weight effects gymnastics because there are a-lot of thing that play into it. weight has disadvantages but some advantages if your a girl that weights around 115 pounds and they add 5 pounds of muscle on them of course that would be an advantage. but if a gymnast took a break for two weeks and gained 5 pounds of fat on them that would be a disadvantage so it depends. </div>]]></description>
