Ex:  Adding the correct punctuation to a sentence like "Jim Carrey wasn't pleased I'd broken into his home, letting his Labrador loose" give exercises a Mad Libs vibe and can elicit a much-needed chuckle from struggling students.

Pros: Individualized experiences; BrainRush adapts to each student, so if a student is doing well, questions become more difficult and the allotted time becomes shorter, and vice versa, easy-to-access, useful for providing kids with some variety when learning basic facts, which can become boring if the same approach is used over and over, good for those who need help catching up on the basics.
Cons: Information is mostly memorization based,  doesn't encourage any kind of critical thinking or creativity, not likely to help students transfer the information to the real world.
