         <description><![CDATA[<div>- The advances in technology that are being pursued for this energy is making it less costly so that LEDC's can afford it and making it so it has a way of collecting energy at night or storing enough during the day.<br>- If we can not get the price down then in the future the rich will be the only ones with power.<br>- The factories that affect the choice of energy sourcing is availability, economical, environmental, and technological<br>- Availability: if a country has an abundant amount of a resource they are more likely so us it even if it's harmful to the environment.<br>- Economical: If a country can not afford a type of resources than they will look cheep and maybe harmful alternatives. <br>- Environmental: Might be the main factor but is a point that had to be discussed if the the energy source will have the environment  <br>- Technological: if a country is not technologically advanced enough they might not be able to use a specific resource that might be the most beneficial </div>]]></description>
