2. One grown, capable member of each family must serve in the war, and participate in battle training, and own a weapon.
3. If you are caught murdering, you will be sentenced to 10 years of jail and be forced to work 20 hours of service for our civilization, or be executed.
4. If you deny your religion to the gods of Virenzy, you will spend 30 days worshipping in the temple, and offer a quarter of your possessions to the gods.
5. If you are to steal, cheat, or deceive anyone, you shall be forced to pay 100 shillings to the victim. 
6. Every month you must make an offering to the gods, if not, you shall stay one month in prison, with little food and water.
7. Families able to afford education must send their child to school, or you’ll get your wages cut in half.
8. If you hurt the gods, me, or your equals, you will have your farmland or livestock taken away to be distributed somewhere else.
9. If you are capable citizen and refuse to work, then you’ll have to pay a fine of 50 shillings every month.
10. If you deny your kingdom, your gods, and me, you will be banished from Virenzy forever.
11. Every month you must give 1/8 of your crops to me, if not, you will have no food for ten days.
12. Soldiers must be at least 17 years old to join the army, but can be no more than 37 years old.
13. You must be willing to sacrifice your life, to guard our civilization with all your bravery and courage, if you are a soldier.
