What really stood out was Renae’s ability to balance a customer-first mindset with strategic thinking! By highlighting an unused seat, she demonstrated transparency and genuine care for the customer’s ROI. A simple tactic like this builds customer trust and sets the foundation for a strong partnership.

Renae also asked smart, thoughtful questions about AI and localization, secured a quote for an $6K AI add-on (AND 7 seat adds!) and also opened the door to a potential localization trial.

I personally am thankful that this team has embraced who I am, never asking me to change, and allows me to be my true outgoing, outspoken self. So many times in my career I've been asked to change - I've never felt like I was being judged for asking questions which is a very rare thing to be a part of.

We are all so humble but gritty enough to grind it out each quarter. We're there for each other every day - whether it's a quick huddle to ask a question, collaborating on how to support new hires, or sharing new ideas on how to drive revenue.

Sarah has been a spark of light for the Brand Design team. It's been inspiring seeing her passion for creating beautiful design with a desire to elevate our existing materials. When you're in a meeting with Sarah you feel the energy and know the visual design is in good hands. She led an inclusive workshop between a large cross-functional group while having clear points for participation and conversation. It was done with intention and thoughtfulness, it helped me see new perspectives on how to include others in my process. It was a great learning moment for me and I hope to incorporate this practice into my own work and improve my own process.

Overall Sarah has onboarded incredibly fast while learning all the ins and outs of our product and brand tone. You can see it come to life in the upcoming Localization campaign where she balances a blend of Articulate's tone and voice with Articulate's vision. Something I don't think we've seen come to life in a visual campaign here.
