In most recent events, there had been acts of violence influenced by hate. This form of discrimination eventually starts anger among those impacted physically and emotionally.

One example...
https://www.nytimes.com/2019/09/25/nyregion/gouverneur-children-hate-crime.html
Two little girls harassed another girl on a school bus because she is African American. They both face criminal charges, and this was influenced by bullying and discrimination; more likely, they might have also been influenced by their families. While this case is under investigation, it wasn't just the family of the victim who were negatively impacted by this form of bullying, but more families who felt the same way about how bullying is more extreme than it is, especially when this case involves racial profiling.

Righteous anger:

indignation is typically a reactive emotion of anger over mistreatment, insult, of another, injustice.

Unrighteous
anger:

typically occurs when our anger is caused by an attack to our own pride. If someone tries to hurt or insult us, then we respond by trying to hurt or insult them.

In conclusion Yes, it is possible however it depends on the circumstance of the situation and the ignition of what caused that ¨anger¨.

One example...
https://exploringyourmind.com/what-exactly-is-envy/
There are two main types of ´Envy´ known the benign and malicious kind. Both similar outcomes however different motives. Benign is shown when the envious one has bad feelings when seeing the others success, but doesn't wish bad things on them. Malicious envy is observed when someones superiority highlights painful inferiority in ourselves and essentials causes greater effects.

We can see wrath being shown in today's world with school shooting. School shooters usually do such an act because they were bullied in any way and want to make them pay, even though its too excessive.

One example...
https://www.livescience.com/25666-mass-shooting-psychology.html
Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, also called Newton shootings of 2012, mass shooting in Newton, Connecticut , on December 14, 2012, that left 28 people dead and 2 injured. After murdering his mother at their home, Adam Lanza fatally shot 20 children and 6 adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School before taking his own life.
