Christianity grew mostly because it embraced all people no matter what race or other religion. By letting everyone in it gave people a way to praise their own Gods in their own way.

It also gave hope to the powerless. This gave people who gave up on life a way to believe there is a way to get better or feel better about themselves. Christianity is still taught today mostly at churches.

Romans language was based on the Latin language. Latin was taught to students and at church.

Latin is used heavily today. We still use the Latin alphabet with some French translation. Our calendar is used from the Roman ruler Julius Caesar. Many English words start with Latin prefixes. Even Latin proverbs are still in use. For example, look at the reverse side of a U.S. penny there you’ll see the U.S. motto E pluribus unum (“Out of many, one”). we still use Roman numerals

Romes government was ruled by the counsul who was a wealthy person. The Romans chose their rulers by voting. Their rules are the Twelve Tables.

Both the U.S. and Rome had a set of laws to make sure everyone knew what to do and not get out of line. Both wanted to make sure no one had to much power.Having to much power can leads to fighting and over throwing people.
