Emotions give depth and dimension to life.. Emotions are the paint that we use to paint the black and white life that we lead; the bright colours of laughter and joy, the warm colours of contentment, the blues of depression and the blacks and dark colours of deeper passions... No, emotions are the ones that make life perfect.. If we didn't have pain and disappointment in life, we would never realize what it means to be truly happy.. If we didn't fail and get hurt, we would never appreciate the path we take to succeed.. Life's a journey, to be enjoyed at every moment.. No matter what it throws at you, its a beautiful life and perfect as it is.

They understand that hurting someone is no different than hurting themselves. They do the right thing even when no one is looking. They feel guilty and remorseful if they do something that is hurtful, dishonest, or unethical. They understand that the means are always as important as the end. They care, and their actions reflect that. They can spend time in solitude and quiet, and enjoy it. They recognize the need to recharge, to contemplate, and to be in tune with themselves. They value themselves, without being narcissistic. They recognize their talents, contributions, and worth. They are kind to themselves, and avoid masochism of any kind.
