I did a lot of healing since time finally slowed down and I got to be alone with my thoughts. I worked out everyday and gained about 40 or 50 pounds of muscle to put be at 165. I was so skinny and I needed the weight for varsity football. I was excelling and making my teammates better. I felt in control every time I stepped on the field. My year ended in a torn acl, mcl, and lcl. I had the ACL surgery and I was in incredible pain. My mom sticked by my side. I had trouble getting into my own bed and the pain was constant. They gave me powerful pills which could get addicting so I tried not to take it so often but the pain became so unbearable. I would count the hours down until I could take it again. I didn't even want to eat but I had to in order to take the pills. All I did was sleep, eat, take pills and ice. I cried multiple times because the pain was unbearable.
