       As the manager saw the situation,he quickly ran over and changed the dish to a new one.The manager displayed sincere and was generous to treat my family ice cream.

I would like to praise the manager of Fried Chicken Paradise Resturaunt for providing a very good service performed on 20 August,12.15p.m. We were having lunch at that time,and when our dish was served,we were shocked by what we saw.There was a bug in our dish! I screamed as it crawled out of our dish! Luckily,the manager came rushing towards our table.He gave us his sincerest apology and offered us a bowl of ice-cream as a token of apology.I was very impressed with this act.

  My family and I was dinning and a bug appeared from the dish, however the manager immediately came to our table and sincerely apologised and even gave some ice-cream as a token of apology to us.
    A quality of the manager shown during the incident that impressed me was his kindness.
    We should visit the restraunt again because the manager displayed generosity
