in writing we did, narrative writing, information, similes, metaphors, and onomatopoeia. we did posters, like Tonga language week. Mr Khan has taught us a lots of things in this term. for reading we read the journals, and get the information. and we did lots of spelling in this term, we practiced the spelling and then we did the spelling test on Fridays. and I have improved in lots of things, like in term 2 I wanted to learn for math and completing the goal to achieve my times tables, and now in term 3 I have achieved the goal, I know my 7, 8, 9, times table, thanks to my practice a home and school I know my time tables by heart.

now cause I'm actually struggling somtimes my friends help me but if they help me how would I ever know how to do math this why I'm trying best this year to prove to myself I can do maths and I will do it even if I cant .also I love to read alot of books this term I have read this new chapter about

In writing, we worked on many different styles and skills that helped me become a stronger and more creative writer. We practiced narrative writing, which allowed me to use my imagination and create interesting stories with characters, settings, and plots. We also worked on information writing, which was different because it required me to focus on facts and share knowledge clearly. On top of that, we learned how to make our writing more powerful by using language features such as similes, metaphors, and onomatopoeia. These techniques made my writing sound more exciting and descriptive, and I enjoyed experimenting with them. Another fun project we did in writing was creating posters, like the one we designed for Tonga Language Week. That activity gave me the chance to combine my creativity in both words and visuals, and I liked being able to share something important with others through my work.

Reading was another big part of my learning in Term 3. We spent time reading journals and other texts, and we learned how to find and use the important information inside them. This really helped me improve my comprehension skills because I had to think carefully about what the text was saying and look for key details. Reading also gave me the opportunity to explore new ideas and topics that I had not thought about before. Alongside reading, we focused on spelling every week. We practiced new words, went over them carefully in class, and then tested ourselves during our Friday spelling tests. Even though it was sometimes challenging, I noticed that the regular practice helped me remember the words more easily and improved my spelling over time. Now I feel more confident when I read and write because I can understand more and spell better.

Overall, this term has been full of learning and achievements for me. Mr. Khan has taught us so many valuable lessons, not just in math, writing, and reading, but also in the way we think and approach learning. Looking back, I feel really proud of how far I have come. At the start of the year, I wanted to improve in angles, and now I can confidently say I reached that goal. I have also become more confident in my writing by using creative language techniques and more skilled in reading and spelling through regular practice. This term has shown me that with effort and persistence, I can achieve my goals and continue to grow as a learner.

Math

In this term, math's we have done.We have done math's homework we have learned number patterns with problem solving. I can't forget about the number lines.We have also done some Mathletics it is a fun game that gives math. I have done fractions, x, +, and -.

Reading

In this term,reading we have done something in our reading book I will tell you how it works. when we do reading we read but do writing at the same time it starts like this, Title, author, qna, mns, then lastly ASH.but I cant for get the drawing at the end.

Writing

In this term we have done many narratives, descriptive, and other styles of writing. Through this, we have learned many new styles of writing, introduced to new words, and many more.
