I have listed creative problem solving and innovation, time management, communication skills, emotional intelligence and collaboration among the abilities, each of which is important. Creative problem solving and innovation come first on the list. The fact that this ability is in the first place is because it makes it easier for us to get activation in our effort. In the second place of the list is the ability to manage time management.This is because it allows us to control the time and get things done in a timely manner in case of a heavy workload. This will add punctuality and discipline to people. Communication skills, which will be in the third place of the list, will help alleviate our workload in the environment we are in. I think the most suitable soft skills for me are problem-solving, communication and responsibility. In any situation, I think that I can offer logical and creative solutions to some key issues. I think the most important soft skill is getting jobs done on time, because if someone can't manage their time every other thing lost its value. Deadlines are important in jobs and you can't keep postponing the tasks given you, that can really pause the whole process. Effective communication skills and solving problems are sharing being the top. Because these two are equally important. Without having effective communication skills, you can’t have functional human relationships basically. In workplace, you work with lots of people and communication is the key to express yourself and understand what will be done. There will be lots of problems waiting to be solved and dealing with those problems quickly and effectively is critical if you especially work with human and time.

Time management is the second important one because job or tasks you have to complete are not the only things in your life. Balancing between your personal life and your job is possible with good time management.

There will be times when you must work with people and third important soft skill is collaborating within a team. All individuals have specific roles in teamwork and when you are working with a team, you have to deal with both other people and tasks you are responsible. It is like a challenge!

If people you work with are not motivated, you can be their leader and motivate them to get the job done. Thus, leadership gets the least important rank.
