         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am still in the process of completing my 100 mile diet activity. I am currently following a cookbook called the "The Conscious Kitchen", by Alexandra Zissu. I will be cooking and buying foods that promote green changes that are good for the environment. All tips and tricks in the book are good for personal health, the earth, and tastes good. It helps you pick foods that are not chemically modified or unhealthy to you as well as the earth. </div>]]></description>
