I'm 30 years old and I've got some savings. I´d like to get independent from my parents but I don't know what to do whether to buy or rent a flat in Valencia. Mortgages are very high at the moment and so are rents. I wouldn't like to share a room with strangers and I don't mind living on the outskirts. Which is the best choice?
