I have been employed at the department of wood science and engineering at the Skellefteå campus for over 5 years, primarily as a research professor. Among key tasks are supervision of PhD students in developing new national and international collaborative projects.

My sporting days are long gone (injuries), so I have to resort to watching sport (especially rugby union), though I have enjoyed a game of bandy (albeit a bit colder). My collaborative work has meant a lot of travelling, so travel and good food and drink should be included. To relax, I am an avid stamp collector, and need to spend more time with my recently-born grandson!
