The defensive lineman Jalen Carter for the Eagles spat on Dak Prescott while trash-talking the Cowboys. The Eagles were a Super Bowl winner for this year and isn't looking good for them this season. Jalen was ejected from the game. Supposedly, Jalen sent out an apology saying it was an accident. The Cowboys ended up winning that game 24 - 20 against the Eagles. Jalen was shown before that, though spitting towards the Eagles, but not on them, and laughing.

Caitlin Clark has now been set to not return back to the 2025 season due to an injury that later became a bone bruise, she came out and stated how upset she was about the situation but all she can do is just train to get better by next season. The team's trainers came out and said she wasn't going to be healed in time to come back out and play and they would rather take their time letting her heal first. They stated that she should be healthy enough to come back for the 2026 season.

The employment for June and July was 21,000 lower than it was before the revisions of the numbers. Trump claimed that the revision was "rigged in order to make the Republicans, and me, look bad". The August numbers continued to slump showing even after Trump fired the bureau's commissioner. Many economical are worried about the future of the bureau because Trump just hired a conservative ally to help in the writing of Project 2025 as the bureau's new commissioner.

The United States immigration authorities have arrested nearly 450 people in a raid at a Hyundai manufacturing site in Georgia. The Hyundai facility was raided, “as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into allegations of unlawful employment practices and other serious federal crimes." Hyundai knew what was going on and was safely monitoring the situation and was trying to understand the certain circumstances. Consular officials were sent to the facility to address specific issues related to the raid. Federal officials are planning a press briefing to release more information.

Hyundai says, " As of today, it is our understanding that none of those detained is directly employed by Hyundai Motor Company." Federal officials are planning a press briefing to release more information "regarding a recent criminal search warrant and enforcement actions to combat illegal employment practices in the state of Georgia."

Donald Trump is going to sign an executive order Friday renaming the Department of Defense to the Department of War. The Secretary of Defense might change to the Secretary of War too. Trump has been hinting at the renaming for months, and just recently he had told reporters he thinks he doesn't need congress's approval to change the name. "We're just going to do it." Is what he said.

The reason for the change is because Trump thinks that the name "Department of Defense" doesn't sound nearly strong enough. He prefers Department of War, due to the better, stronger sound.

The Eagles have one of the best Wide recivers in the NFL named AJ Brown but he was silent last night having a down game. Saquan Barkley is back having a touchdown and 60 rushing yards. The rookie Jihaad Cambell is looking like a solid Linebacker to make the Eagles already good Linebackers better. Overall the Cowboys got defeated 24-20 they continued after a lighting delay at Lincoln Financial Field.

In Ellabell, Georgia, a huge-scale ICE raid took place at a currently being constructed Hyundai factory. This factory, which was set to be 100% complete by the end of this year, is deemed "the largest industrial investment in the state's entire history," which would result in a very large plus for the state's economy. In the raid, around 450 people were detained and arrested, a large portion being, but not limited to, South Korean. As comes obvious, this halted or, at the very least, largely slowed down the project's completion date, which, yes, would hurt/slow the increase of the state's economy. The raid was part of the Trump Administration's "war" on immigration.

Whether it's wanted to be seen or not, this is, at plain view, not good. Arresting these individuals-- people actively working, paying taxes, and attempting to just live like the rest of us-- hurts nothing but *us* and *our* economy (Obviously hurts the immigrants themselves, too). Do we consider these people-- as said earlier; people actively working, paying taxes, and attempting to just live like the rest of us-- dangerous criminals? Like we would gang members and the cartel? The fact is, simply put, no. It's only hurting us.

On Wednesday morning in Lisbon, Portugal, a funicular streetcar derailled and tumbled downhill into a building. Upon the crash, 16 people died, and 23 people were injured and rushed to the hospital. Sadly, of the 23 people, 1 person died due to complications after the fact. The dead consist of 5 Portuguese people, 3 Brits, 2 Canadians, and others from the United States, Switzerland, and France. The crash is still being investigated by Lisbon police.

A deadly school shooting occurred in Minnesota, and the families of parents whose children passed away demanded a ban on semi-automatic rifles and high capacity magazines. A weapon like this was what was responsible for the death of 2 children, and the injury of 17 others at a Catholic school. National change is requested for tighter restrictions on the selling of firearms by Democrats. Republicans seem to want to improve mental health resources and school safety by contrast.
