         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Title: Introducing Computational Thinking in Education Courses</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>This paper started by giving the definition of Computational Thinking (CT). Wing mentioned CT is solving problem and understanding human behavior.</p><p><br/></p><p>Next, the researcher introduced the CT module that had been developed. The subject was learning and motivation. In that subject, students learnt about theories of learning and motivation. The students worked in pairs and given 'Clicker' to provide the response.</p><p><br/></p><p>The researcher conducted the module in 2 lectures. in first lecture, the researcher introduces definition of CT as well debugging was discussed. In second lecture, the researcher focused on the role of CT in day-to-day life. Once they have done the lecture, they started to do assessment.</p><p><br/></p><p>The researcher assessed the students' attitude towards computing and understanding CT. The researcher conducted pre and post survey for 155 students. The survey was given in a link via email. </p><p><br/></p><p>The researcher also found participants' view of CT. 16 MCQ (5 likers scale) and 4 open-ended was asked. The result for participants' view of computing shows 69% participants responded that CT only contained theme in pre survey whereas 20% of participants responded CT is purpose of learning. </p><p><br/></p><p>In post survey, 70% of participants reflected the basic trend that viewed in CT. the researcher also asked the students about the relationship between T with other discipline. 65% of survey (questions) agreed that "Computational Thinking can be integrated into classroom education in other field."</p><p><br/></p><p>The researcher planned to repeat the CT module in learning and motivation and are also developing an online version of the module for 'Introduction to Educational Technology'.<br></p>]]></description>
