 On instagram, the trending hashtag ''eat clean'' which promotes healthy eating has and can develop disorders amongst teenagers and adults  whom can start obsessing over what foods to eat or not and develop eating disorders such as orthorexia/anorexia/bulimia. 
For example, I chose the picture from an instagram post below which promotes ''clean eating'' and says that 'your stomach shouldn't be a waste basket'' to infer that we shouldn't be putting rubbish in our mouths. But the extent that some people go to follow this advice can have detrimental impacts on their health and eating disorders may develop.
